Sales, Shipping and Handling
v All sales are final.
v Full payment must be received before shipment.
v Payment by personal check is acceptable, however, it will cause delay in shipping while checks clear the bank. Cashiers checks and money orders are acceptable forms of payment. Cash payment is never encouraged.
v Shipment will be made by UPS ground or US Postal Service, unless otherwise requested by the customer. Any added expense for special shipping and handling arrangements will be paid by the customer.
Your Garment and Its Care
v I stand behind the construction of all my garments under their normal use and wear.
v Unless otherwise stated, all garments in this catalog are new garments.
v Previously worn garments are clean and, if needed, refurbished to make them in “as new” condition.
v Purchaser assumes all responsibility for care and up-keep of the garment.
v Cotton fabrics used in construction of garments have been pre-washed. These garments may be machine-washed; however, special care should be exercised in their laundering.
v Garments made of synthetic fabrics should be professionally dry-cleaned.
